Description

Sintered carbide cone bit (ZRN-201RLF HP.060) with dual-type cuts is an exceptionally comfortable tool that allows working with the same precision regardless of the direction of movement when removing nail enhancements (skill level 2/5). It leaves a smooth surface on the worked material and works for every type of manicure – hybrid gel polish, gel, and acrylic. It is ideal for removing gel product, acrylic, titanium, and hybrid gel polish, shortening and shaping nails, cleaning them from the underside, and initial cuticle care – and removing nail enhancements takes just a few seconds.

Thanks to the gold ZRN coating, the tool's lifespan is significantly extended – no need to worry about frequent bit replacement. The coating also reduces the overheating effect during work, provides resistance to sterilization products, and better biocompatibility.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
