Description

Sintered carbide ZRN bit (ZRN-201XG HP.060) thanks to its aggressive grit is used for working on hard skin, nails and removing thickenings and corns (skill level 4/5). Coarse cross-cuts are effective for removing permanent artificial material, and the bit is also excellent for removing thickened skin, working on thickened nails and removing nail art such as glitter and crystals. Works both dry and with water cooling.

The gold ZRN coating extends the lifespan of the bit, reduces the overheating effect during use and provides resistance to sterilization agents, while also offering better biocompatibility – ideal for working on skin and nails.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
