Sintered carbide acrylic bit club (237.220.060) with coarse collecting grit is used for product removal and intended for more demanding cuticles (skill level 4/5, green band). Thanks to sharp, thick cross-cuts it allows for fast salon work – it works well for removing very hard materials, gel, and acrylic, working on thickened nails, and removing thickened skin and corns. Works dry and with water cooling.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
