Sintered carbide bit for acrylic – cone (201.220.060) is used in both cosmetology and podiatry, perfectly suited for working with hard materials (skill level 4/5, green band). Thanks to coarse cross cuts it allows for fast salon work – ideal for removing very hard materials, quick acrylic removal, removing thickened skin and corns, working on thickened nails, as well as shortening, shaping, and cleaning nails from the underside. Works both dry and with water cooling.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
