Sintered Carbide Cone Bit (292.110.023) finds application in both cosmetology and podiatry, making it ideal for initial nail polishing (skill level 1/5, yellow band). Thanks to fine cross cuts it is perfectly suited for beginner nail technicians. It works well for correcting gel and acrylic around the nail fold, removing hybrid gel polish, smoothing hardened nails, cleaning skin, pushing back and lifting cuticles, and removing cuticles without irritating the nail plate. Works both dry and with water cooling.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
