Description

Sintered Carbide Bit (194.110.023) with very fine cross cuts is ideal for polishing the nail plate and cuticles – used in both cosmetology and podiatry (skill level 1/5). The tip of the bit provides deeper penetration and the ability to thoroughly clean the pocket. It works well for cleaning skin and nails from the underside, removing hybrid gel polish, correcting gel and acrylic around the nail fold, initial nail polishing, cleaning the pocket, and working on gel. Works both dry and with water cooling.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
