Sintered Carbide Smoothing Rounded Cylinder Bit (141.110.023) is ideal for initial nail polishing (skill level 1/5). Thanks to its gentleness it is recommended for beginner nail technicians. It works well for correcting gel and acrylic around the nail fold, removing hybrid gel polish, smoothing hardened nails, gentle skin cleaning, cleaning sinuses, and polishing folds. Works both dry and with water cooling.

Remember to clean and sterilize the tool before first and every subsequent use.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
