Description

Sintered carbide cone bit (198.140.023) is used in both cosmetology and podiatry, perfectly suited for cuticle care (skill level 1.5/5, red band). Thanks to fine cross cuts it is recommended for beginner nail technicians, and its tip provides deeper penetration and thorough pocket cleaning. It works well for cleaning the nail plate, pushing back and lifting cuticles, working on gel, cleaning the cuticle pocket, removing hybrid gel polish from the nail plate, treating periungual corns and thick skin around the nail fold, and also for treating and removing nail fungus. Works dry and with water cooling.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
