Sintered Carbide Cone Bit (194.140.023) finds application in both cosmetology and podiatry, making it ideal for cuticle work (skill level 1.5/5, red band). Thanks to fine cross cuts it is recommended for beginner nail technicians, and the tip of the bit provides deeper penetration and thorough cleaning of the pocket. It works well for removing and lifting cuticles, cleaning the nail from the underside, working on gel, removing cuticles without irritating the nail plate, removing hybrid gel polish from the plate, treating peri-nail corns and thick skin around the nail fold, as well as for treating and removing nail fungus. Works both dry and with water cooling.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
