Description

Sintered carbide bit cone (194.176.023) is used in both cosmetology and podiatry, and thanks to straight cuts with an additional transverse cut it is ideal for cuticle work (skill level 3.5/5). It works well for removing hybrid gel polish and gel, pushing back and lifting cuticles, cleaning cracks on heels and nail folds, working on foot calluses, and removing cuticles without irritating the nail plate. Works dry and with water cooling.

Remember to clean and sterilize the tool before first and every subsequent use.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
