Description

Sintered carbide ZRN bit (ZRN-277XEF HP 023) with a gold coating and very fine grit is ideal for polishing nails (skill level 3/5). The tapered tip allows access to hard-to-reach areas, making the bit excellent for working on skin and nails, removing nail art such as glitter and crystals, filing nails from underneath, removing epidermis from hard-to-reach recesses and sinuses, and correcting gel and acrylic. Suitable for use both dry and with water cooling.

The gold ZRN coating extends the lifespan of the bit, reduces the overheating effect during use and provides greater resistance to sterilization agents, while also offering better biocompatibility – ideal for working on skin and nails.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
