Sintered carbide ZRN bit, cylinder (ZRN-141XF HP.023) with fine cross-cuts is ideal for cuticle work, and thanks to its gentleness it is also suitable for delicate hybrid gel polish work (skill level 1.5/5, red band). It is excellent for correcting gel and acrylic, removing hybrid gel polish, working on thickened nails, thick skin and corns, removing nail art such as glitter and crystals, cleaning nails from underneath, working on gel, and also for treating nail fungal infections. Works both dry and with water cooling.

The gold ZRN coating extends the lifespan of the bit, reduces the overheating effect during use and provides resistance to sterilization agents, while also offering better biocompatibility – ideal for working on skin and nails.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
