Description

Sintered carbide bit with Chameleon coating (KMN-277XF HP.014) with fine grit is perfectly suited for gentle nail care. Fine cross cuts make it ideal for correcting gel and acrylic, and the tapered tip allows access to hard-to-reach areas (skill level 3/5). It works well for removing nail art such as glitter and crystals, treating calloused nails, thick skin, and corns, removing cuticles without irritating the nail plate, drilling nails from the underside, removing epidermis from recesses and sinuses, and also for treating nail fungus. Works both dry and with water cooling.

The Chameleon KMN coating extends the bit's lifespan up to three times and reduces the overheating effect during work, which is especially important when working on cuticles and on the natural nail plate, and additionally guarantees greater resistance to sterilization products.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
