Sintered carbide pine cone ZRN bit with a 6 mm diameter (ZRN-274I HP 060) with a dual cut type – standard straight cuts plus an additional spiral cut – guarantees extremely fast, smooth material removal and better heat dissipation during use (skill level 3.5/5). This is a must-have in every nail technician's salon, as the bit removes hybrid gel polish, gel, acrylic gel, acrylic and titan. It is excellent for shortening nails, cleaning them from underneath, initial cuticle work and nail shaping.

The gold ZRN coating triples the lifespan of the bit, reduces the overheating effect during use and provides resistance to sterilization agents, while also offering better biocompatibility. Pay particular attention to how the bit meets the nail surface so that it matches the contour of the concave nail plate.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
