Sintered carbide bit with Chameleon coating, pine cone (KMN-274XG HP.050) with coarse cross cuts is perfectly suited for removing durable, artificial material – also used in podiatry (skill level 4/5, green band). It works well for removing thickened skin, treating thickened nails, removing nail art such as glitter and crystals, and removing gel and acrylic. Works both dry and with water cooling.

The special NANO KMN coating extends the bit's lifespan up to three times, reduces the overheating effect during work, and provides resistance to sterilization products, while also ensuring better biocompatibility – ideal for working on skin and nails.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
