Description

Sintered carbide cone bit (200.110.060) with very fine grit is a specialist in removing hybrid gel polish from natural, gel, and acrylic nails – ideal for initial polishing of the nail plate and cuticles (skill level 1/5, yellow band). Thanks to very fine cross cuts it allows for precise and at the same time harmless movements, making it perfect for beginner nail technicians. It works well for shortening and shaping nails, cleaning them from the underside, smoothing calloused nails, initial polishing, and correcting gel and acrylic around the nail fold. Works both dry and with water cooling.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
