Sintered carbide bit ZRN-147XEF HP.050 is a gentle and safe tool created for precise work on the natural nail plate and hybrid gel polish and gel nail enhancements. The cylinder with a safe top enables comfortable treatment of the area around the nail folds, minimising the risk of irritation. Thanks to its very gentle grit it is particularly recommended for beginner nail technicians and those who value control during work. The bit can be sterilized in an autoclave. Type of cuts: very fine cross-cut grooves.

ZRN gold coating increases bit durability, reduces overheating during work and provides resistance to sterilization products. The coating also improves the biocompatibility of the tool, making the bit excellent for treating skin and nails. Ideal for gently removing hybrid gel polish and gel from the natural nail plate and precise treatment of nail enhancements.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
