Description

Sintered carbide bit with black coating, cone with a rounded, non-working top (DLC-201Y HP.060) with straight cuts and an additional cross-cut is ideal for fast removal of hybrid gel polish and gel, ensuring safe work around the nail folds (skill level 3/5). It is excellent for smoothing skin thickenings and removing nail art such as glitter and crystals. Works both dry and with water cooling.

The black "Diamond Like Carbon" coating triples the lifespan of the bit, reduces the overheating effect during use and provides resistance to sterilization agents, while also offering better biocompatibility – ideal for working on skin and nails.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
