Description

Sintered carbide bit with gold coating – pine cone (274V HP.050) made of sintered carbide with cross-cut grooves (skill level 2/5) is a bit recommended for beginner nail technicians, designed for the gentle and precise removal of hybrid gel polish and gel. The rounded head ensures safe work around the cuticles, and the bit also excels at removing nail art such as glitter and crystals, shortening and shaping nails, as well as cleaning underneath them. It can be used dry as well as with water cooling.

Gold coating significantly extends the lifespan of the bit, reduces the overheating effect during work and increases resistance to disinfection and sterilization agents. It also improves biocompatibility, ensuring greater comfort when working on skin and nails.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
