Description

Sintered carbide bit with Black coating, cone (DLC-292X HP.040) thanks to its tapered tip allows access to hard-to-reach areas, and the standard cross cuts make it perfectly suited for fast removal of hybrid gel polish, gel, and acrylic (skill level 3/5). The bit removes even very hard material quickly, also working well for drilling nails from the underside, removing nail art such as glitter and crystals, treating corns, and nails with fungal infections. Works both dry and with water cooling.

The bit's Black "Diamond Like Carbon" coating triples the bit's lifespan, reduces the overheating effect during work, and provides resistance to sterilization products, while also ensuring better biocompatibility – ideal for working on skin and nails.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
