Description

Sintered carbide ZRN bit, Christmas tree shape (ZRN-266X HP.050) allows lifting nails that grow downward during gel correction, without the risk of cutting the hyponychium (skill level 3/5). The upper part of the bit features very fine cuts designed for safe work around cuticles, making it suitable for correcting downward-growing nails and for fast removal of hybrid gel polish, gel and acrylic manicure. Works both dry and with water cooling.

The gold ZRN coating extends the lifespan of the bit, reduces the overheating effect during use and provides resistance to sterilization agents, while also offering better biocompatibility – ideal for working on skin and nails.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
