Description

Sintered carbide bit 137.140.060 with gentle grit and cylinder shape is a safe tool created for precise treatment of nail enhancements. Red marking and fine cross-cut grooves make it ideal for gently removing hybrid gel polish from the natural nail plate, as well as correcting gel and acrylic near the nail folds. The bit is particularly recommended for beginner nail technicians.

The tool is also useful for smoothing callused nails, treating corns around the nail folds, cleaning the underside of the nail and removing thickened skin near the nail fold. It works both dry and with water cooling, at a recommended speed of 15–20 thousand RPM. The bit can be sterilized in an autoclave, ensuring safety and working comfort in professional salons.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
