Description

Sintered carbide ZRN cone bit (ZRN-175XUF HP.050) thanks to its gentleness is recommended for beginner nail technicians (skill level 2/5). Special cross-cuts make it ideal for removing hybrid gel polish and gel from the natural nail plate, and the tip shape adapts very precisely to the unusual form of the nail fold of toenails. It is excellent for removing soft product, working on hybrid gel polish, gel and acrylic, and ensuring smoothness of the worked surface. This is a product of the highest medical quality.

The gold ZRN coating extends the lifespan of the bit, reduces the overheating effect during use and provides resistance to sterilization agents, while also offering better biocompatibility – ideal for working on skin and nails. The bit can be sterilized in an autoclave.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
