Sintered carbide ZRN bit, cylinder with a rounded, non-working top (ZRN-147XUF HP.060) ensures safe work around the nail folds (skill level 1/5). Special cross-cuts make it ideal for working on hybrid gel polish and gel on the natural nail plate, leaving a smooth surface. This is a top quality product.

The gold ZRN coating extends the lifespan of the bit, reduces the overheating effect during use and provides resistance to sterilization agents, while also offering better biocompatibility – ideal for working on skin and nails. The bit can be sterilized in an autoclave.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
