Description

Sintered carbide ZRN cone bit (ZRN-201I HP.060) allows safe work even on the smallest toenails (skill level 4/5). Straight and dense cuts quickly handle hybrid gel polish, gel and acrylic – the bit was created with speeding up working time in mind. It has a universal shank diameter of 2.35 mm and is excellent for material removal, shortening nails, cleaning them from underneath and shaping.

The gold ZRN coating extends the lifespan of the bit, reduces the overheating effect during use and provides resistance to sterilization agents, while also offering better biocompatibility – ideal for working on skin and nails. The bit can be sterilized in an autoclave.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
