Sintered carbide ZRN cylinder bit (ZRN-137XUF HP.060) with a working top effectively and quickly handles hybrid gel polish and gel on the natural nail plate, leaving a smooth surface. Thanks to its gentleness it is recommended for beginner nail technicians (skill level 1.5/5). It has a universal shank diameter of 2.35 mm.

The gold ZRN coating extends the lifespan of the bit, reduces the overheating effect during use and provides resistance to sterilization agents, while also offering better biocompatibility – ideal for working on skin and nails. The bit can be sterilized in an autoclave.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
