Sintered carbide bit with Chameleon coating, pine cone (KMN-274XSG HP.060) with very sharp grit is perfectly suited for podiatry (skill level 5/5). Very coarse cross cuts with an additional transverse cut make it suitable for reducing thickened nails, removing hard nails, and removing hard materials such as acrylic, titanium, or rigid, thickly applied gel. It also works well for removing old product and nail art such as glitter and crystals. Works both dry and with water cooling.

The special NANO KMN coating triples the bit's lifespan, reduces the overheating effect during work, and provides resistance to sterilization products, while also ensuring better biocompatibility – ideal for working on skin and nails.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
