Ceramic cylinder bit (Z113SR XF HP 065) made from zirconium oxide is a true specialist tool — it heats up less and is resistant to mechanical damage (skill level 1/5, red band). It is ideal for removing hybrid gel polish and gel from the natural nail plate without risk of injury thanks to its rounded edges. It can be used both dry and with water cooling.

The bit ensures no overheating effect on the treated surface, making it a safe choice for working on the natural nail plate.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
