Diamond ball bit KMN (001.524.012_K) with NANO KMN coating (skill level 1.5/5) is a precision tool designed for professional cuticle and nail fold treatment. The ball shape works excellently for removing dead epidermis, epithelium and deposits, while the special NANO KMN coating increases the durability of the bit and reduces the overheating effect during use.

The bit is ideal for pushing back and retracting cuticles, cleaning nail folds and the free edge of the nail, and performing combination manicure. Thanks to its small diameter it provides high precision, particularly during the first stage of cuticle treatment.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
