Description

Diamond rounded cylinder bit (140.514.023) with fine grit allows for incredible control thanks to its gentleness – it is ideal for delicate cuticle and natural nail plate work (skill level 1/5, red band). It is suitable for cleaning the nail plate, pushing back and lifting cuticles, smoothing skin and nail plate surface, creating a perfect C-curve, refining and matting the natural nail plate, shortening the natural, gel and acrylic nail plate, and removing hardened, tough skin, corns, calluses and hard corns. It works both dry and with water cooling.

The bit can be sterilized in an autoclave – remember to clean the tool before the first and every subsequent use.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
