Diamond bit (113.504.060) is the ideal choice for beginner nail technicians who prioritize safe and gentle work. The very fine grit provides incredible control, and the cylinder shape with a yellow band (skill level 1.5/5) means the bit handles sensitive cuticles beautifully – it smooths the skin and nail plate surface, pushes back and lifts cuticles, creates a perfect C-curve and removes hardened skin, corns and calluses.

It works both dry and with water cooling, and thanks to the possibility of autoclave sterilization it meets safety standards – remember to clean and sterilize the tool before each use.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
