COOL BITS GOLD LINE Ball Bit with Cuts (001.X524.031) is a versatile tool that allows simultaneously removing the overgrown cuticle flap formed after e-file manicure and smoothing the lateral nail folds. It works perfectly for the "wet" cuticle filing method. The innovative cross-cut pattern 0.1 mm deep ensures better air circulation, which prevents overheating of the treated surface and increases working comfort – especially at a fast salon pace.

The bit has been coated with a ZRN nano coating, which protects the diamond from chipping and extends its lifespan during daily sterilization and disinfection processes.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
