Description

Diamond olive bit (277.524.023) with standard grit allows for incredible control in use thanks to its gentleness (skill level 1.5/5, blue band). It is ideal for gently removing dead epidermis, deposits and cuticles at the lateral nail fold and nail mantle. It is suitable for filing the natural nail plate, giving the final shape and matting the surface, removing lifted fragments of gel and acrylic, shortening the nail plate, cleaning the nail fold and free edge of the nail from deposits and cuticles, as well as removing hardened skin, corns, calluses and hard corns. It can be used both dry and with water cooling.

Remember to clean and sterilize the tool before the first and every subsequent use.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
