Diamond Truncated Cone Bit (172.524.025) with standard grit allows for outstanding control thanks to its gentleness (skill level 2/5, blue band). It is ideal for pushing back cuticles and removing epidermis – it can even replace a pusher! It works well for initial pushing back of epidermis, pushing back and lifting cuticles, matting the natural nail plate, pushing tissue back with its flat surface, and smoothing the step between the natural nail plate and the built-up style. Suitable for both dry use and with water cooling.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
