DuoFrez 171.FM.031 is an innovative 2-in-1 diamond bit in the shape of a truncated cone, which thanks to the combination of standard and fine grit provides greater durability and working comfort. Its reduced size enables precise treatment of the entire bit surface.

Ideal for working with cuticles and the nail plate – used for cleaning the nail plate, pushing back cuticles, removing the epidermis, cleaning the nail folds, matting the natural nail plate and smoothing the transition between the natural nail and the nail enhancement. It performs well both in a professional salon and for beginner nail technicians.

Yes, all IQNails bits can be sterilized in an autoclave.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
