COOL BITS GOLD LINE Truncated Cone-Shaped Bit (172.X514.031) with fine diamond grit will allow for quick pushing back of cuticles and removal of epidermis during standard manicure treatments. The innovative cross-cut pattern 0.1 mm deep ensures better air circulation, which prevents overheating of the treated surface and increases working comfort – especially at a fast salon pace.

The bit has been coated with a ZRN nano coating, which protects the diamond from chipping and extends its lifespan during daily sterilization and disinfection processes.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
