Description

Diamond bits inverted cone (010.514.014-023) for nails, cuticles, and feet – thanks to their gentleness, they allow incredible control in use (skill level 3/5, red band). They are ideal for gently removing dead epidermis, deposits, and cuticles at the lateral nail fold and nail rim. They work well for processing delicate skin and natural nails, cleaning the free edge of the nail and the nail folds, pushing back proximal and lateral folds, and pushing tissue away with the flat surface. They can be used both dry and with water cooling.

Remember to clean and sterilise the tool before its first use and before each subsequent use.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
