Diamond buffer bit KMN (260.524.060_K) with NANO KMN coating (skill level 2/5) is a professional tool for manicure finishing and podiatric treatments. The large cone with rounded top shape and standard grit make this bit excellent for treating more calloused and hardened cuticles. The NANO KMN coating increases bit durability, protects its surface and reduces the overheating effect during use.

The bit is ideal for polishing natural nails, finishing manicure and nail folds, removing gel and base residue, and matting the natural nail plate. Thanks to its large working surface it also finds application in podiatry for treating corns, calluses and hard corns.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
