DUO SOFT Ball-Shaped Bit (001.EFF.023) is part of the new era of diamond bits – with two types of grit it allows for gentle work (skill level 1.5/5). It works well for removing the overgrown cuticle flap and smoothing nail folds, pushing back and retracting cuticles, initial epidermis removal, cleaning nail folds, treating flattened lateral folds in clients, and smoothing the step between the natural nail plate and the style, as well as removing dead skin at the lateral nail fold and nail margin.

The innovation of the 2-in-1 grit lies in the fact that the spaces of the standard diamond grit have been additionally filled with fine grit, which significantly extends the tool's lifespan – you can enjoy your favourite shapes for longer, without worrying about replacing the bit quickly.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
