Duo Frez 257.FM.045 SMART GOLD LINE is an innovative 2-in-1 diamond bit that combines standard and fine diamond grit, providing greater durability and working comfort. Thanks to the Duo Frez technology the tool retains its properties for longer, reducing the need for frequent bit replacement. The large, elongated flame shape allows for gentle lifting of cuticles, precise treatment of the side folds and safe work on the natural nail plate.

The bit is ideal for pushing back and lifting cuticles, initial removal of the epidermis, cleaning the nail pocket, nail folds and matting the natural nail plate. It also helps smooth the ledge between the natural nail and the completed nail enhancement. Thanks to its construction it provides control during work and comfort for both the nail technician and the client. The gold coating increases bit durability, reduces overheating and improves resistance to sterilization processes.

Yes, all IQNails bits can be sterilized in an autoclave.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
