Diamond Duo Frez 2-in-1 SMART GOLD LINE – long flame (243R.FM.021) is an innovative bit with 2-in-1 SMART GOLD LINE grit (skill level 2/5), created for nail technicians expecting greater tool durability without sacrificing precision. The standard size long flame shape excels at pushing back and lifting cuticles, initial removal of the epidermis and comprehensive preparation of the nail plate for nail enhancements. The bit also enables cleaning of the nail folds, matting the natural nail plate, smoothing the ledge between the natural nail and the built nail enhancement, as well as smoothing the nail edge.

The greatest advantage of the bit is the innovative 2-in-1 SMART GOLD LINE grit, in which the spaces of the standard diamond grit have been filled with an additional fine grit, significantly increasing tool durability. As a result the bit retains its working properties for longer, reducing the need for frequent replacement and providing even greater comfort during daily salon work.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
