Description

Diamond cuticle bit in a flame shape is a professional tool designed for lifting, cleaning and precise work on the nail folds. Thanks to the ZRN Gold coating and its gentle action it works perfectly during the first stage of e-file manicure and combination manicure. The bit can work dry or with water cooling, and is also suitable for autoclave sterilization. Skill level: 1.5/5.

The bit enables deep removal of the epidermis, cleaning of the nail pocket, smoothing of the nail edge, and cleaning the underside of the free edge of the nail plate. It also works for removing hardened skin, corns and calluses. Technical specifications: working part height 10.0 mm, diameter 2.3 mm, two grits to choose from – fine or standard, recommended speed 7–15 k/min, pink band, ZRN Gold coating, intended use: cuticles.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
