Diamond ball bit KMN (001.524.060_K) with a NANO KMN coating (skill level 1.5/5) is a professional tool for precise cuticle and nail fold treatment. The large ball diameter allows for quick and effective removal of dead epidermis and smoothing of cuticles, and the NANO KMN coating increases the bit's durability and reduces the overheating effect during use.

The bit works excellently for pushing back cuticles, removing epidermis, cleaning the nail folds and smoothing the so-called overgrown cuticle flap and the step between the natural nail plate and the styling. Thanks to its large diameter, it is also a great solution for treating flattened lateral folds, ensuring a quick and aesthetic manicure finish.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
