Diamond bit (110.514.050) with fine grit allows for incredible control thanks to its gentleness (skill level 2/5, red band). The cylinder shape means it is ideal for delicate cuticle and natural nail plate work – it is suitable for cleaning the nail plate, pushing back and lifting cuticles, and removing hardened, tough skin, corns, calluses and hard corns. It can be used both dry and with water cooling. The bit is recommended by PODOLAND.

Remember to clean and sterilize the tool before the first and every subsequent use.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
