Description

Diamond bit set – Truncated cone is a set of two diamond bits at skill level 2/5, which differ in grit and therefore complement each other perfectly during cuticle work. The truncated cone shape provides precise control, enabling pushing back tissue, moving and lifting cuticles, and initial removal of epidermis. The bits are also great for matting the natural nail plate, smoothing the step between the natural nail and the styling, and can successfully replace the pusher. They can be used dry and with water cooling.

The set contains a bit with a red band for gentle tissue pushing and a bit with a blue band with standard grit, intended for effective cuticle pushing and epidermis removal. It is a practical kit that works for both beginners and experienced nail technicians performing professional e-file manicure.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
