Description

Sintered carbide pine cone ZRN bit (ZRN-L-274X HP.060) is used in both cosmetology and podiatry, and its cross cuts were designed with left-handed users in mind (skill level 3/5, orange band). It is ideal for fast removal of hybrid gel polish, gel, and acrylic, and also for creating the perfect nail shape, cuticle care, periungual corns, thick skin around the nail fold, and nails with fungal infections. Works both dry and with water cooling.

The Gold ZRN coating extends the bit's lifespan, reduces the overheating effect during work, and provides resistance to sterilization products, while also ensuring better biocompatibility – ideal for working on skin and nails.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
