Sintered carbide bit – Pine cone (274.190.060) made from sintered carbide (skill level 3/5, blue band) is a versatile tool for use in cosmetology and podiatry. The pine cone shape with a tapered tip enables precise work in hard-to-reach areas, making the bit ideal for removing hybrid gel polish, gel, and acrylic, shortening and shaping nails, working cuticles, and cleaning the underside of nails. It can be used dry and with water cooling.

The bit is also suitable for working on thick skin at the nail fold and fungally affected nails. Thanks to its high-quality construction, it ensures durability, precision, and comfort in daily work.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
