Description

Set of 5 diamond bits SMART GOLD LINE 172.FM.031 is an innovative tool combining two types of grit – fine and standard, providing greater durability, precision and comfort during work. The truncated cone-shaped bit works excellently for pushing back and retracting cuticles, removing epidermis, cleaning the nail folds and matting the natural nail plate. It is great for use in both a professional salon and during manicure training.

The Gold ZRN coating extends the bit's lifespan, reduces overheating and increases resistance to the sterilization process, and the Duo technology with double grit allows the abrasive properties of the tool to be maintained for longer. The bit effectively smooths the step between the natural nail plate and the styling, can replace a classic pusher and provides precise work at 7–15 thousand RPM. The set contains 5 identical bits with a diameter of 3.1 mm and a working height of 8 mm.

Yes, all IQNails bits can be sterilized in an autoclave.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
