IQN Package – Olive 023 is a set of 5 diamond bits (277.514.023) with fine grit (skill level 2/5, red band), designed for precise cuticle work and natural nail plate care. The olive shape provides excellent control during work, making the bit ideal for gentle pushing back and removing cuticles, preparing the nail plate, and performing precise manicure. The bit is designed for work dry and with water cooling, ensuring comfort and versatility of application.

The bit also works excellently for filing and matting the natural nail plate, removing lifted fragments of gel and acrylic, cleaning the underside of the free nail edge, smoothing the nail edge, and shortening and shaping the nail plate. It is a versatile tool that finds use both for nail preparation and precise finishing.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
