Description

Set of 5 diamond bits – Truncated cone (172.514.025 ZRN) made from stainless steel with a ZRN coating (skill level 2/5) is a professional set for precise cuticle work. The truncated cone shape with a red band provides excellent control, allowing gentle pushing back of cuticles, removal of epidermis, and preparation of the nail plate for styling. The bits are designed for use dry and with water cooling.

The Gold ZRN coating increases the durability of the bits, reduces the overheating effect during work, and improves biocompatibility. The set is ideal for cleaning the nail plate, matting the natural nail plate, correcting gel during fill-ins, and smoothing the step between the natural nail and the styling. Thanks to its design, the bit successfully replaces the classic pusher.

Sterilization and cleaning

Before first use, disinfect the instruments in a disinfectant solution for 30 minutes. Do not use disinfectants based on active oxygen.
After each use, remove any organic particles. Then clean the instruments ultrasonically or under running water. Repeat if necessary. After cleaning, dry the tool, otherwise it may corrode. Sterilize the instruments under the following conditions:

at 1 atm overpressure at 121°C for 15 minutes, or at 2 atm at 132–134°C for 5 minutes.
